The government has removed all the remaining restrictions for Covid-19. However, 'Lucy Colcombe Speech Therapy' provides services to individuals at high-risk of complications due to Covid-19 and, therefore, is currently requiring all people to follow the below guidance for their in-person appointments as far as possible.
Guidance for attending in-person appointments:
- Do NOT attend a clinic appointment if you, your child or anyone you live with is showing any symptoms of coronavirus (Covid-19)
- High temperature (fever or chills)
- A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Muscle or body aches
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
If you have symptoms, even if they are mild, please get tested for coronavirus if possible. Do not attend your appointment until at least 10 days and until your test results show negative for 2 days in a row and you are no longer showing any symptoms.
If you are unable to attend your appointment due to coronavirus symptoms, please reschedule your appointment yourself via your booking confirmation email, or if your appointment is within 24 hours time, then please contact your therapist directly to reschedule your appointment free of charge.
Please see the T&Cs for further information on how your therapist is keeping you and your family safe in your clinic appointments and to see the full list of requirements clients must agree to before booking and attending clinic appointments.
Many thanks for helping to reduce the spread of coronavirus and keeping people safe during these uncertain times.
